Processing
Once the item is scanned into transit with the shipping carrier, Gianna Clay Desings is no longer responsible for the package(s). Damaged, missing, or stolen packages marked after they are scanned into transit are the responsibility of the carrier and the buyer. Please contact the shipping carrier for more information
Typically orders are processed within 1-2 days for pre-made items. Pre-order items are processed within 4-7 days as they are made-to-order. The time needed to prepare an order for shipping may vary based on the item(s).

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout dependent on the customer’s provided shipping location and the chosen carrier rates. Orders are usually shipped within 2-5 days, although shipping may vary based on the item(s), location of destination, holidays, and delays with the carrier. Pre-orders are shipped within the same timeframe after one week processing time.
